A New Appreciation for Florists
A mere six weeks into my second job... Valentines day. Roses. Lot's and lots of roses. And thorns. Stiff, cold winds. Buckets of icy water. And a thoroughly stressed boss-lady.
I'm told Valentines Day will be the worst day of the year, but I'm comforted by the fact that I must report to the station at 2pm, which is fine by me-- What better reward for a news junkie?
I still can't believe I actually get paid to work at a television station.

I think I would go insane working within a station. Everytime they would start their spiel about "mideast peace" I would find myself saying words that should not be uttered from my lips. :-)
Yeah, away from a news station is a good idea for me.
Tovya, working at a TV station is the coolest of jobs, despite liberal media bias, and an anti-Semitic media pimps.
