Eyes of the Possessed?
Yes, it's rhetoric, but look at the eyes...
Is he? or Isn't he?

A senior official in Teheran said Wednesday that in the next few days, a "surprise" was expected regarding Iran's nuclear program, Al-Jazeera reported.

My point exactly. Everyone once in a while takes a bad picture. But this is absolutely demonic, even without the eyes. The man needs a Hollywood makeup artist -- the kind that make you look pretty -- looks like he's been using a monster-maker special effects guy.

Hey, now!
Has he been reading D.Daddio Al-Ozarka?
Have I inspired the Leader of Iran?
LOL!
Dr. Strangelove!?!
Don't you just love it? LOL!
In light of my mood for the past week or two, I thought Dr. Strangelove and the image of Slim Pickens riding the nuke were appropriate!
LOL!
I can't help but think this is the scariest picture of a man I have ever seen.
I wonder if Ahmadinejad knew Mike Wallace is Jewish. And if not, would he have allowed Mike to interview him, let alone sit in his presence?
Seriously, how can a good Muslim expect to have an intelligent conversation with a pig or monkey? How brave of Ahmadinejad to sit within reach of a blood-thirsty vampire.
very insightful...
Seriously, Satan can only be in one place at a time, so think about it, where is the most evil taking place in the world today? I believe in demonic possession - there's nothing in Scripture that says it has ever ceased.
We further have this stereotype of demonic possession-- profane and gutteral speech, tearing at their own flesh, writhing and vomiting and such --and sometimes these stereotypes are true, but there's nothing to say the exact opposite is not also true.
I believe it is a misnomer of colossal proportions to believe demons cannot affect calmness, rationality, and a certain measure of intelligence and calculation through their hosts.
You are right, Eric, the enemy likes us to think of him the way Hollywood portrays him, but he works best behind the scenes and in more subtle ways. II Corinthians 11:14 says:"And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light."
An angel of light? You mean, one who seems righteous and maybe even claims to Christianity but who doesn't really believe in Jesus' teachings and, in fact, actively takes steps to undermine them?
Yes, Dan. Exactly.
I sense a bit of sarcasm in your comment... perhaps a bit of accusation. I haven't decided which, or if I'm just overly paranoid.
But remember, just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get me.
;-)
Yes, Dan, Satan is the great deceiver and great imitator. And he has appeared as an angel of light on more than one occasion. Ever heard of Joseph Smith?
Ever hear of Jerry Falwell?
