I'vwe heard of Judge Kennesaw Mountain Landis, the first commisioner of Baseball.
The point is 'Gun Control'
Twenty-five years ago, Kennesaw Georgia enacted a law mandating every head of household legally able to own a firearm buy one... if they didn't already own one.
The crime rate plummeted. Crime has risen somewhat since, but it is still very low.
