One Thing That Truly Disturbs Me About Blogger...
Is its built-in inclusion of Zodiac Signs in our profiles... For reasons many of you out there will not likely understand, or appreciate.

Hey, more common ground! I chose not to put my birthdate in the personal info section so that it wouldn't show my "sign." I'm 43 and have no reluctance to share my age, but the zodiac thing bugs me.
I suspect we may have differing reasons, but maybe not. It's not that I think the zodiac is evil or anything. I just don't like superstitions, or suggesting that I place any credence in them.
As a Taurus, I stubbornly -- get it? taurus? stubbornly? har de har har -- refuse to see astrology as anything but harmless diversion for most people, but, like anything else, something that people can go off the deep end over. :-)
I did the same thing that Dan did. I purposely left that section blank because I don't believe in superstition. Too bad blogger doesn't give that as optional instead of assuming everyone wants their "sign" to be part of their profile.
What? You can leave that blank? Excuse me whilst I go to investigate....
Sorry, that anon is really me
Yep, I agree. I didn't put in my birthdate because 1: It's too much personal info and 2: I don't like the zodiac crap either.
